The preparation of our Morcón de Bellota Ibérico is similar to that of Chorizo, although it differs from it in a larger cut, which involves a long and delicate drying process. In sight, it has a great orange marbling that comes from the paprika and the Iberian Presa used in its preparation. It preserves in its flavor all the nuances of the Chorizo but gains in juiciness due to the thick size of its meat. Intense aroma, strong, country flavor. An enjoyment for the senses.
